Hi! I'm Sarah Betzer
Sarah has been in Human Resources in the financial industry for ten years and prior to her work in HR, she worked in human services for over a decade. She has utilized her passion, drive, and vision to implement programs and policies to benefit her company. Some of the highlights of her time working in Human Resources include improving employee engagement, implementing a wellness program, and developing leaders. Sarah served on the Executive Committee and was an integral part of the team in navigating the company through a pandemic. She is most proud of her work that resulted in leadership development, women’s mentorship, and policy changes. She draws on her fifteen years of management experience when solving employee relation situations.
Sarah earned her MBA from Southeastern University in 2015, and SHRM-CP certification in 2017. In 2024, she became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Speaker, Trainer, and Coach and a Maxwell Certified DISC Consultant.
